RUDDER STOCK SEAL COMPLETE
Depending on the ship's conditions, the sealing ring can be installed as either the rotating type or the stating [stationary] type, depending on the situation.
The stationary type has a higher sealing efficiency compared to the rotating type. however, there's a concern that it might cause damage to the sleeve touch area. when the rudder vibration is severe, the sealing efficiency decreases.
